As most of you know, my gf was in bad car accident about a month ago. Her mom refinanced the house and she's gonna be getting a check early this week. She has about $10k to spend but can be bumped up to $11-12k if needed but i'm trying to keep her in the $10k area.

Anyway bascially she wants a 4 door sedan, preferably in black or dark color, and reliable. I was trying to get her into a 03-04 Civic which she likes but she asked me about this 03 Mazda 6, and I don't know a damn thing about them cars, atleast not at the moment. h:

How are these cars? Any trouble spots? I know a couple of you guys have the Mazda 3.

Yea that's why it's a bit cheaper and not in the teens. Plus I don't want her to go power hungry with a V6 and start speeding, she had a crappy dodge neon sxt.

She just needs something to get to work and go out here and there. The point is reliability. If she were to get a civic I can pretty do any work to it if needed but if she got this i'd have to familiarize myself with it a bit as i've never driven, touched, or bothered with a Mazda before.

Me personally though in all honesty, when i get a new car i'm just getting a new civic. You can't go wrong with them bitches. Or you could sell her your teg for 10k :chuckles:
