I just had Dell cancel an order for two laptops for no reason. I am already pissed off today, I don't think Habib is going to find me to friendly.

My company spends over 100 grand in equipment from Dell every year, and they cancel an order because they can make an extra $10 from putting a different hard drive option in it.
