so i started going to therapy for my wrist (i had broken the scaphoid bone). I don't know what to make of it. is it really useful, so far they've just showed me some stretches to gain some range of motion. i see other patients there just chillin.

 

I've had "shock therapy" on my leg before.. feels awesome

screwed it up about 2 years ago, it's fine now. I just remember the therapy feeling awesome.
