I use dreamhost and setup a promo code a while back (dweezel). It's $72 to host for the year and you get three free domains, two of which are lifelong (no additional renewal fees every year). I have stayed with dreamhost because they offer green hosting with a zero-carbon footprint (hurrah environment!)
