Default Computer Krew...v. more halp

I have a Dell PC with a media card reader on the front. All of the sudden, it's not working. I popped in the CF card from my digicam, and it popped up an error saying the USB device wasn't working properly. I opened up device manager, nothing has a yield sign next to it...and I can't tell which USB devices are the card reader. I tried restarting, didn't halp.

Halp!

the slots (cf, sd, etc) should each show up under Disk Drives.

the entire reader should show up under USB controllers.... listed as usb mass storage device.

The different card slots do not show up under disk drives, or removable storage/media. There is a USB Mass Storage device listed, but says it is working properly. There is an "unknown device" also listed, that has no driver. When I try to specify the driver to the one I downloaded, it doesn't find any .inf files.

delete them both, then restart.
