Default Razer DeathAdder

New purchase.

It's fuggin sweet. The snake tribal logo thing pulses slowly, fades in and out. The whole top surface is grippy, but silky smooth. Tracks beautifully and smoother cursor movement than any other mouse I've used. Install was easy since everything is already mapped for the previous 5 button scroll mouse. It literally plugged in and everything worked exactly how I had it set on the old mouse.

I got mine for about $40. I was in the market for a new mouse and didn't feel like giving out another $70 for a mouse, this one is just perfect for the price. Nothing else was even close to it.

This concludes my review.

It's not a plain jane left/right mouse. But it's not as pronounced as, say a Logitech MX5000 mouse or a Microsoft Explorer Intellimouse. But it's, in my opinion, just enough of a right hand ergonomic to be just right.

My previous mouse was a MS Explorer and I use some generic HP optical ambidextrous joint at work.

I never looked for it in the stores, I just read a bunch of online reviews and checked out some peoples vids on YouTube.

edit: After some use, the only thing I don't like about it... the spot where your thumb rests under the buttons on the side, is glass smooth. So smooth it's slippery and makes picking it up odd. Also is so smooth it feels like it's greasy, but I just washed my hands 2 times to make sure it's not.
