[spoiler= but...] Possible, as last season's closer showed Jack going to someones funeral in the flash forward. But I do not think so as Locke never wanted to leave the island. Hurley was never one of the originals as the present time he didnt leave the island as he sided with Locke.

Maybe Jacob or Charlie's ghost told him to when he saw the house??

[SPOILER="A theory I read."]The funeral was Jack's own funeral. Is it possible that they somehow entered a parallel universe and that is why they want to get back to the island?
