Default Purchase: Good/affordable GPS?

Looking for a reliable and affordable gps for work. I'm all over now and it would be nice to have a GPS to get around easier. What would you guys suggest?

Needs to have downloadable map updates, slots for saved destinations only like 5-10 really, auto-reroute, touch screen, speaking in freaky sexy female computer voice

Optimally I would like to spend less than $250, but if it's really worth ith:

Costco.com has the Nuvi 360 for 249.99 plus shipping. Comes out to be around 280 with tax and shipping. One of the best portable GPS systems out there. Includes TTS (text-to-speech) and bluetooth connectivity. I think the only drawback would be the 3.5" screen and 1.1 USB connectivity.
