Help Someone hacked my home network

I'm using WPA already
Well I use the VNC inside the house so that I can do maintenance on their pc's from mine after they go to sleep. I don't have time during their awake time to do all the maintenance, upkeep, and checkups.
I know that I shouldn't have done it that way, but I figured no one could get through the firewall in my VPN router.
I'll give it a shot.
I'll change the MAC but I can't renew my IP, it's static

What you could also do is change the ports on VNC. Like someone said, sounds like they hacked it over the net. If you're that concerned, format there PC's and when you reinstall VNC, i'd suggest instead of using 4700, 4800, and 4500, use other numbers.
