get the full metal ones, they work the best. they are practically invisible now.
i think it's better to get it when you hit puberty but it should still work now, you might not get 100% results (hollywood teeth) but you'll see an improvement

And theres no way metal ones are invisible...my gf has them. I sees them from a mile away
