I havent gotten one since I was a kid...

A bunch of people around me are sick...and it doesnt help that I am around kids all day. :uhhok: Is there any reason not to get mine?

I got mine way back in October or November...but then I'm an old fart and had a transplant and a bypass....

Nope, I don't do flu shots. I get the bug and build up the immunities. I only get sick 1 or 2 times a year and usually it's a common cold or allergiesh:

My son got his though.

Not I. The flu is an ever changing virus. When you're shot up, you're taking medicine based on last year's trends, not the most recent.

You can still get sick and, most-likely, you will get sick from the shot.

I got mine in December...

I had the flu 2 years ago (my worst one) and I don't want to experience THAT again.

I haven't got one since I can remember. Just eat right, exercise and get the proper rest and you'll be immune to the flu. But with old age, your immune system weakens I rarely get sick, but the past two years I've gotten sick 3 times already.
