how does it affect taste? quality?

i can understand the need in a place like africa with interment power & refrigeration capabilities in many areas

I guess you just get use to it... Alot of milk in america is UHT Like Md's icecream. Those little cup of milk for coffe is often UHT too...


it's not just the keeping of the milk that makes UHT easy. But also the shipping...

 

I hear you on that. One day I can drink glass after glass with no affect...next day drink the same amount and within 2 minutes a river is flowing :nervous:

That and I over absorb calcium...kidney stones suck so I don't drink milk as much as I used to...

im the opposite, i have no problem thinking about that stuff and still eating. man my favorite eggs are when i go out to the coop in the morning ... pick out the freshest eggs, go inside wash off and cook. YUMYUM
