It has rubber stops, you rotate it so it gets longer and holds in place.

I would figure it would leave a mark on the doorway with that amount of pressure used to hold it up.

i think the one's that attach to the wall or are screwed in are better. what if the pressure just lessens and you fall while doing your reps

Ugh...everything said it just had rubber stops, but it has hardware....blah. I don't want to drill holes, because I'm renting. :wtc:

Put it in minus the hardware....seems to hold ok. That's when it helps to be a lightweight o:
