I'm glad to see that they found the operator guilty, They aired the tapes when it happened and you could clearly hear the kid asking for help and the operator telling him to get an adult or get off the line, or they'll send the police over. They should have sent the police to check anyway, as most 5 year olds don't play on the phone calling 911.
