I read somewhere how shivers used to work as a defense mechanism against cold temperature. Seems as back when were hairy mofos, our hair would raise up when we were cold. Similar to how a cat gets all poofy when they're scared.

I'm sure there are monkeys evolving into humans. Evolving isn't something that can be witness live. It happens over the course of hundreds of thousands and millions of years. However, evolution is being witnessed in humans. We're living longer, getting taller, etc. This is a form of microevolution. How can you deny macroevolution but accept microevolution? One is just incremental steps of the other.
According to carbon dating of fossils, dinosaurs existed over 180 million years ago. I know for sure that the bible does not date the Earth as being that old, and date Earth's existance about as far back as 10,000 years ago, long after dinosaurs existed. The bible makes no reference to dinosaurs, but rather "serpants" or "beasts", which could be anything.

Humans used to live a lot longer back in biblical times, if anything, we've devolved and are finally getting back on track. Probably sounds wack to you, but so does "hundreds of thousands and millions of years".

Proof that humans used to live a lot longer lie simply in hearsay passed down generations. Is there a single shread of scientific evidence that shows humans lived to be 800 years old, as the bible claims? No.
And how does hundreds of thousands of years sound "whack"? It sounds more whack to me that some invisible being just up and "poof" decided to make a planet.
