having venison aka deer and a glass of apple juice

could really go for some soup though

 

How many grams of fat is in that deer :squint:

next to none, venison is an extremely lean meat. when cutting it up i might have to take off a tiny piece of fat here or there.

venison and elk and other wild game meats are actually on the healthy side if eaten in the right fashion
