Seriously though, at least you got a raise. I remember when I was working at a hotel (worked there for 5 years), after my first year and a 100% perfect review, I got like $0.30. Then when they got new management, they went through and evaluated the pay in all the departments to bring it up to industry standards... I was the senior employee in my department, had been there the longest, had the best record, and the "new" pay was higher than what I was getting at the time.
