What do you think of this?

I personally am for it.

1) I don't go to the beach to get drunk, that's just pointless because it's always hot. Hot weather + drunk = ftl

2) I don't like being around drunk bros at the beach anyway.

drinking at the beach = messy beach. Here in FL, there are a lot of dive bars on the beach. I think thats much better personally.

the state park back home is no alcohol on beach after 9


we used to get busted for it ALL the time when we would go down and get the girls to get nekkid after dark ... that and we werent supposed to build fires on the beach there either

That's also true.

If there are bars on the beach then just drink there instead of on the sand.

Drunk people have a tendency to litter.
