hd-dvd fires back....
That and players, esp the new ones with full spec, are probably going to be through the roof pricing wise.
Just wait for the price hikes BD people... Sony has no adoption scheme they're just waiting for the competition to go away and spending billions upon billions to make sure they do. Theres still a chance that this will mark the end of blue laser video discs all together.
I just hate the format and it's supporters... in my mind it's far from the technical masterpiece it says it is. If it weren't for HD-DVD we'd still have DVD-style MPEG-2 at 1080p with bad artifacts on BD-25 (25gig discs)
