Default Anyone like Smashing Pumpkins?

I used to be really into them... in middle school.

I saw them live on David Letterman this past summer and thought their new songs were just OK.

But then I found two old albums cleaning my closet and hooked again.

Anyone else like them or liked them?

Siamese Dream is one of the best albums evAr. I like all their old stuff up through Melon Collie & the Infinite Sadness (some really powerful songs on that album, mixed in with some crap).

I like Gish and Pisces Iscariot. They're both cool because they have a less-finished, less refined sound.

I remember listening to this disc my friend had back in the day that was just a bunch of riffs Corgan made up, but never developed into full-blown songs. I was like :eek5: every one of those riffs coulda made a monster of a song. I think Corgan was the best/smartest (kinda hard to explain what I'm getting at :thinking: ) musician of the grunge era. The rest of the band were just puppets h:
