I made it today good. I was picking at one not even realizing it. Not bad so far.

i was biting my nails while reading this thread. i need to stop too. i actually did stop for a few months a year ago, but have since restarted. they can get pretty bad. but i just can't stop. and i even have nail clippers on my keychain too. i'll try to do this with you.

 

You know.. wear some laytex gloves for a little bit... then try. The taste that dust powder can leave on your hands is foul.
