Official HAN Fitness Camp 2008
Welcome To HAN Fitness Camp 2008.
It's that time of the year where everyone has getting in shaped as there number 1 priority but they fails in a couple weeks due to most of the time lack of support and motivation. That's why i created this thread; to help give people that motivation they need to persevere and not give up having that body you desire.
The camp will run from 1/14/2008 to 7/14/2008. The only thing you need in order to join this camp is the desire to better yourself. Whether it be losing weight, putting on more muscle, or tightening up the body etc... Now here are the logistics....
For everyone that is interested post the following mandatory information:

Chest Size:
Waist Size:

You can post your arm size and your BMI if you have access to all that information.
Give a description about why you want to get a shape and what type of activities you are going to be engaging in order to get in shape; as well as listing your 1 Month, 2 Month, 4 Month and Overall goal. Whether it be increasing strength, dropping some pounds, or body definition, it's all your choice. If you have access to a camera, before and after pics will help alot to as well as weekly pictures to show progress.
The purpose of creating a fitday account would be to help you and us monitor each others daily food intake so that we can offer suggestions or get some ideas on what to eat ourselves. Heckling and encouragement is allowed but please let's keep this on topic. If you have any type of workout routine you would like to share with the rest of the group, by all means please share. The more information we all have, the better we can help one another.
With that said, i wish you guys all the best and i look forward to seeing alot of awesome half nekkid bodies come July.

The main reason i'm losing weight is i'm tired of feeling winded just from climbing up steps. I'm tired of always having to suck my stomach in when females are around. I hate when i take pictures and it looks like i have a double chin. I hate just looking at how sloppy my body is. I'm also going on a trip to Mexico in July and i would love to have some shape to my body instead of just a pile of mess. So i set out to lose weight and better define my body.
My first month goal will to be to lose at least 10lbs. 2 month i'm hoping for 15 pounds and some body definition. 4 months i hope to be at 200lbs even and start to see the back fat disappear. The overall goal is to at least have a 4 pack and my moobs and back fat gone.
Here are my before pics
I'm excited about this and hope this really proves successful so that we can extend it to 6 months each cycle.
