Rose Bowl pics (cheerleader pics added at post 15)

went to the Rose Bowl on Jan 1. thought i'd post some pics. game was awesome! pretty happy with my seats too. also happy to be able to put the 75-300 lens to a real test.

Great shots!!!!! Is the lens heavy? I was using a long lens with no mono-pod and it owned my arms and chest.

nah...this lens is real light. it's a non IS lens...it's lighter than my 17-85 lens.

i saw your pic with that lens in the pic thread...i couldnt imagine holding that lens for a long time!! hah

i had similar problem with my 80-400 VR. my friends 70-200 f2.8 VR is even heavier than mine :chuckles:

spent a whole day at sears point raceway and my arms were jello after that
