coffee
i used to drink starbucks a lot. now i drink freeze dried. much easier than brewing a cup and dealing with filters and whatnot 
i never could tell the difference in coffee really when you drink it black :dunno:

For one cup of coffee:
Two tablespoons of coffee ground into the French press
pour near boiling water in,
let stand for 5 minutes, press, pour, and drink.
I've been drinking a blend called Caffe Mexicano that's pretty good, low acid, good flavor. I've also have organic Sumatran, and organic Guatemalan on hand.
