Yea. :hs: I have FioS but just the regular no frills channels. We were considering going back to cablevision as they keep hiking up the damn bill. It was originally ~$90/mth (tv/phone/internet) then ~$120/mth and now it's like ~$150/mth......and we haven't changed anything.

Take you standard coax cable that runs into the cable box and patch it directly into your TV. The Olevia should have an ATSC tuner built in.

Go though your menus and have the TV auto-program cable channels. You'll then see 2 scans happening, one for Analog and one for Digital.

Most cable providers offer HD local broadcasts over standard lines. You'll now get NBCHD, ABCHD, CBSHD, FOXHD, and WGNHD.

Damn I gotta try that when I get home. I always wondered when I would watch tv shows that said (available in HD), why I couldn't see a difference. :hs: Yea it has the built in tuner, wasn't sure what it's purpose was til now thanks.

sometimes it's a secret... like that one potatoe chip at the bottom of the bag that is extra good





2-3 weeks ago the Olevia peeps found out their TVs supported 1080p lol

I'm a n00b to all this stuff..........i'm learning though. :hs: I just pictured the Discovery Channel in HD. :eek3: :drool:
