What I gave: I gave my truck to my cat. I will be putting it in hock at my bank to cover the $1200 vet bill tomorrow morning. I pulled off a Christmas Eve dinner, and some dollar-store gifts on short notice for 2 friends with no family so that they wouldn't be alone on Christmas. I managed to buy 3 small gifts to get me through the Christmas parties at work and with family. I can't wait until I get a full paycheck at the new job.

What I got: First I have to say, there are some very thoughtful people on HAN. Someone in this forum sent gifts for me and my cat, and having a gift for Caboose when he came back from the vet Christmas Eve meant the world to me.

My GF got me nothing and I don't care. My bro got me a water filter, and I needed one. My mom got me some shirts and ties. My cat lived to see Santa.

My stepfather gave me the MOAG. Bestowed upon my grateful mits is a brand new Millermatic 135 MIG welding rig. Holy crap! I just need to get a bottle of Argon/CO2 and a mask. I am at a complete loss for words, and must now resort to pictures.

I know who sent you the kitty stuff :crazyr: Glad to hear kitty is ok!!

Yeah, I didn't broadcast that because I know [they] didn't do it to receive public Kudos or to earn brownie points. [They] are genuinely some of the nicest people I've ever met... and [they] are right here on HAN. We're all very lucky to have them even if they didn't send you anything. :P
