inspecting an AWD car
do i have to find a shop that has a machine for AWD cars for inspection?
i usualy got to Strauss auto which is near my house to get the accord inspected but since thats fWD they just have to put the wheels on that roller mechanism.
What about AWD?

Just take it there, I think they test 2 wheels at a time anyway. If I recall, last time I went for inspection there was a Sti there. I doubt they did anything different.
I dunno, I don't work for DMV. :dunno:

No seriously though, i'm not sure. Then after they do that they move to the next station where the car's wheels (2 at a time) are placed on these platforms and shake really hard. I guess testing for rigidness or suspension?
I have no idea what DMV does to my car when it's going through the test. I just sit there and watch. :run:
