That's most likely what we will do. We will keep him till tomorrow then confront her about it. Since she is our neighbor I think we should at least give her a chance to change her ways and respect the fact that he is her cat. If we catch him freezing again though, we'll definitely call animal control. It's too cold for that shit. I run outside for 30 sec to the dumpster to take out the trash and my cajones nearly frost off.
