I wouldn't exactly call Knocked Up "intelligent humor", rather just more adult themed based around relationships rather than just slapstick comedy.

It's a toss-up between Anchorman and Wedding Crashers, but I gave the nod to Wedding Crashers due to the gratuitous nudity.

Honorable mention to 40-year-old virgin, Napoleon Dynamite, & Harold & Kumar.

I thought Superbad was mediocre and did not like Talladega Nights.
