Also, is it good to go workout when you are hungry? Or should you eat, wait an hour, then workout? :thinking:

tris and quads
bis calves
shoulders
legs
chest
back

i start off each workout with half a mile to a mile to get the blood flowing and then wide pullups and dips
i dont go hungry unless its first thing in the morning in which i am not hungry yet
carbs before proteins after
