to put things in perspective. i'm making $4000 less than what i asked for a year ago.. and this is with a 10% pay increase after 6 months of working here.
but she made it very clear that i will not be getting a pay raise

 

any bonus is acceptable.

my company is having a nice party at a bar/lounge.. free food, drinks, games, etc.

 

I got a $20 Target gift card and a day off.

 

Our Christmas party was at O'Charleys. Holla!

 

i dont think they are obligated to give you a bonus.

there is no benefit of working here. the health plan is so shit that i opt not to have dental because it would take too much money off my "pay check"

i work in a warehouse "converted" office
my boss is an ex drug addict who is asian and female
i've been here for a year. the company went from 12 ppl to 9
and out of the 9 only 3(including myself) is from the beginning of the year. everyone else is 6 months or newer.

from this job, i learned that, i should be interviewing the employer when i go to a job interview. if i knew the working condition and the turn over rate, i would never have accepted the job. i'm only working here because this job pays a little bit more than flipping burgers at in n out. and to be honest with you, i'd rather be flipping burgers at in n out. or working at the apple store for less

 

i'm at the point where i'd rather work at wek sos for free than working here and getting paid

 

my boss gave me $300 last year :hs:
im not even "supposed to get" a bonus anyway, so anything is nice. company Christmas dinner party is tonite
