Is this limited by particular state? I REALLY could have used this to fight my last ticket (The cop didn't even testify the proper date, could not recall details of the event beyond "Observing the radar", on the ticket screwed up my address, license plate number, date, and date of arraignment, and combine that with the fact that I WASN'T ACTUALLY SPEEDING... Even after all that, the judge still found against me)

so my buddy couldn't get my ticket to go away. he can only do parking tickets not speeding tickets. Now I will have to send this crap and show up in court, I just don't want points in my license and don't want insurance to go up. $140 for a ticket heh.
I was speaking to my buddy and he said "they are instructed to give out as many tickets as possible before end of the month" usually they give out at the end of the month but because of Christmas and new years they are doing it now.
Yeah Broadway it is still under construction and they give speeding tickets on the weekends lol no lie. seriously you can't drive over 40-45mph n this area, the road is fk up.
