h:, well that is if you put it on plain steamed rice to add flavor

i use kikkoman but i like the low sodium though, depends on what is being cooked though is the type of soy sauce i would use.

i love soy sauce... i use it all the time when cooking chicken, and pretty much any asian food whatsoever.

why use salt when you have soy sauce?
