Default Third Day v. Chancs

I just started exercising again, not necessarily working out because I don't have weights and I didn't renew my gym membership. I'm trying to get to 7%body fat by March.

I'm cutting out soda, fries, hamburger and fried chicken for now.

My exercise regimen include dips, pushups and jogging. h: not much there i guess, but it is a start.

I play basketball, football, soccer, and sometimes baseball for fun as my exercise, with the occasional trip to the gym for weights h: weee... :run:

I'm probably around 15% body fat. I will measure each week and see how body fat I lose per week. Hopefully I get to look like chanky

i ran 1.5 miles the other day and 1.5 miles yesterday Last time I ran was back in february.

a scale that measures body fat, i know it is not accurate, but i got it for my mom a year ago. h:

it is usually 2% higher than a more accurate machine.
