Verizon has the best service availible hands down. When you're on a Verizon phone it works, period.
The major drawbacks are the way they lock out features and lack of cool phones. If switching to Verizon I still greatly support the Ve, this phone is solid as a mother fucker, I've had 4 concrete drops so far and no major damage so far. (my last phone survived over 10 serious drops onto the street/tile/concrete before I destroyed it)
