I don't know who that is. Probably because I hate musicals.

I don't like musicals so I had never heard of it.

I can't stand musicals either.

I recall at some point back when Rent was showing at the Kennedy Center, the weekend of my birthday my mom tried to roust me out of bed on Saturday morning.

Mom: "Mike, wake up and get dressed up! We have great tickets to go see Rent!"
Me: (assorted grumbling and groaning)
Mom: "These are great seats!"
Me: "So do I have to go?"
Mom: "Well this was SUPPOSED to be for your birthday!"

I didn't get dragged to the show but it took me a while to live down that mistake. h:

I went to a 10:40pm show with my girlfriend after a day of shopping last night. Fell asleep :hs:. The last thing I remember was blood and

meat pies :hsugh:

I'll have to watch it again on DVD.

They're both musicals.

If you like it that's all well and good for you.

Me, I just can't get in to em.

I can't stand musicals either, but this wasn't all that bad. There were a few groanworthy songs (I told my date at one point that, if this was a DVD, I would fast forward through this song with some young kid singing about love), but the songs about murder, hatred, and revenge? Awesome.

And I was dragged to see Rent. Errr, not something I would do again. Would have been kinda decent if they hadn't made the ending all cheesy.

I have to recommend Cannibal: The musical to everyone though h:

One of my friends just saw it. She said she didn't like it much. I still want to see it.
