Default Stir Fry?

Anyone know how to make a stir fry sauce for chicken stir fry? Found a couple online, figured someone would have a suggestion of what they like.

Most likely using chicken, broccoli, water chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms....?

Oh, and what kind of oil do i use?

Thanks

Use sesame oil and depends on what kinda flavors you want? Do you want it to be sweet or more towards the salty side?

Edit: Can also use peanut oil. I use this website for ethnic recipies: http://www.recipehound.com/index2.html

I usually sesame oil and also add some hot chili oil to cook it all in too. Adds a little kick.

No problem, if I were you then I'd use some sesame oil + soy sauce and rice wine vinegar, but that's just me. If you want a kick yeah add the chili oil but I think minced garlic and some chopped onions do add a bit of flavor.
