American Education Services...sucks!

AES is my student loan company. On 21 Nov I posted a payment. On 29 Nov, just minutes before my ACH direct deposit went through, they try to debit my account and got insufficient funds return

I'm going to call them today and bitch a lot.

I have some of my loans through AES. I don't think I've never really had any issues...except having to fork over the money to pay them. :hs:
