If you're super religious with keeping everything lubed and well protected, you can get through winter over the years with minimal if any rust.

The paint will be subjected to sand blasting in the front from winters though, hard to prevent that.

yeah i felt the same way with the integra.

as for the evo, i got such a great deal on it, and it puts a smile on my face every time i drive it. on top of that, i've always wanted one. hate on, haters.

No, that's not correct. It's pretty basic economics. The price of cars in California does not affect the price of cars in Michigan because it is unreasonable to assume that a buyer would be choosing between a car in MI and a car in CA.

Obviously I'm not talking about a car with surface rust...it's very rare to see those nowadays.

I guarantee any GM, DCX or Ford vehicle sells for a higher price in MI than it does in CA. Do these vehicles sell for a higher price here because of salted roads?

I dunno. I needed to get rid of the prelude for versatility and room, but I don't need the speed anymore...I think that my next car will be a used TL

thats weird, my friend is sick of his ms3 too. he wants to roll in style instead, a la 335i or G37.

i drove his ms3 pretty hard a couple weeks back. damn its fun but wheelspin ftL.
