Ah, to do that, you need to import them into your addy book. Go to File>Import & Export and import the addresses into a folder in your addy book.

Can you explain how to do that please? I dont know how to save the list correctly.

its an outlook file i believe, i look in the properties of the file and it was worthless

If its an outlook file, just go to file>open and open the file. Then in your address book, the pulldown in the top right corner shows what address books you have open.

If it is an excel file:
Click File>import & Export>Import f/ another program or file>excel>browse and it'll import into your contacts.

for RTF, open it w/ Excel, save as CSV.
