The hoods not my style, but it looks better now that its red. I like the eyelids, and paint the side skirts & lip.

As for the exhaust, how loud are we talking? Try a different stock muffler, or a quiet aftermarket setup.

Your piping is probably to blame, not the muffler. You can have a stock muffler with 2.25" or whatever piping and it'll still be a buzzy mess.

I agree with Anthony's ideas on exhausts.

Depends on how you install them. If not installed correctly, they make a lot whistling.
