I can honestly say I've never taken anything from FedEx. We had a guy in our group that got fired a couple months back because he stole a ballpoint pen that came loose from a box and somebody reported him. It was worth like 30 cents. :rofl: Nobody much cared for the guy anyway because he was so lazy and was always complaining.
or worse yet
some of the guys (not my friends) used to take boxes that they had a good idea what was in it ... throw it against the wall in the truck and be like "oops look at that" and take a couple items

There's no such thing as UPS express. there's ground, 3 day select, 2 day air, next day air, express air and sonic air. There is such thing as FedEx "express saver", which is one step up from ground....

my $1500 suspension got "lost" between two destinations while in the care of UPS... do i hold it against the company? no
edit: also, your friends knowing about what was going on and not reporting it only contributes to the problem.
