30 minutes. I turn my machine off every day after work.

At home, it's the same deal. I shut the computer down when I'm done with it.



I used to leave these on back in the day, when boot times were close to 4 minutes ... now, I can get to my desktop in under 30 seconds. No need to waste electricity.
