I have e-mail forwarding setup so that anything sent to (patrick@patricksmithphotos.com) gets forwarded to both my hotmail and gmail accounts.

However, I noticed that when mail is sent from Gmail to that address, I don't get it. I've tried multiple times and nothing.

Is there anyway to fix this? Godaddy says its on the Gmail end.

 

if you set up patrick@patricksmithphotos.com to forward to gmail..... gmail will drop mail sent to patrick@patricksmithphotos.com from gmail, because it will end up being forwarded back to gmail anyway.

 

so what should I do then?

 

I currently have all my e-mail from Hotmail go to my Gmail. Patrick@patricksmithphotos.com was being sent to my Hotmail, so in turn forwarding to Gmail.

 

do you have email hosting through godaddy... or is it just a forwarding address?

 

It's just a forwarding address.

 

why dont you just have it go directly to gmail?

 

I changed it to that and still nothing. Feel free to try and send me test e-mails.
