Tasers are a means of non-lethal force that are used by officers only when the subject is being physically non-compliant. The subject was being non-compliant, sure, but his actions certainly didn't justify being tasered. The cop was certainly in the wrong here.

"Oh you're here to shoot my dog? I am going to go get him for you so you can go ahead and do that. Don't wanna be non-compliant and get tasered."

The cop can't say he didn't know what he did was wrong, because he is clearly trying to manipulate the conversation afterwards.

Way to take something out of context. This officer's conduct is far different.
