Default Tech heads! Advice on video cards :o

I currently am running:
Video Card 128MB PCI Express™ x16 (DVI/VGA/TV-out) ATI Radeon™ X300 SE
which I originally got with my computer.

Looking to upgrade, but trying to keep it under $150 or so. Anyone recommend a particular card? h:

512 is the way to go ... i didnt know what you planned on doing :dunno:

if joo want 512, PNY has a nice card out in the NVIDIA chipset, ive always been a big fan of their cards:

and if you want ATI chipset i've heard good things about this one:

that 256 card still clocks out better than either of the 512 cards just fyi, i've heard people say that even at 128 bit the 256 8600GT card outperformed 256-bit cards

There is only 1 card to get right now. 8800GT with 512MB. For 250-300 range nothing can touch it. Except for the new ATI card but that is more money and only in a few areas can it come close to the 8800GT
