I went by BevMo(pretty much the size or a grocery store, but all liquor) yesterday to pickup some yummy rum. Picked up some rum. The Goslings is 151 dark rum, that shit is going to fuck me up.

 

I'm not a rum fan, but I drink it occasionally. I have a buddy that drinks more Captain/Admiral than the average human drinks water. Kinda gross, IMO.

I agree, the carribean stuff is so good. you can find a lot of exotic rums at bevmo and they do get some carribean rums.

 

Rum=nasty imo.

Now Scotch is a different story

 

I'm the direct opposite of you, I want to like scotch but its too harsh for my taste buds. Dark Rums are just so much tastier to me. I did learn a little about scotch and I believe the scotch made on the eastern coast is a little harsher than the west coast.(could be the other way around) I think the scotch I've had has been the stuff from the wrong coast.
