Actually little to none. I find good deals and the things that I have parted, I sold for more than what I paid in most cases.

Better flow. It's designed to work with both NA and Turbocharged cars too so I wouldn't need to change it out if I decide to go that route. The factory exhaust is not true dual either as it uses a Y-Pipe, but this exhaust is a true dual setup.
