For having a worthless customer service!

I ordered a 2 gig stick of ram that was about half off in September. It said it was back ordered. I checked again last week, and it was still on back order, but I searched their site for the SKU number, and it came up saying they have them in stock. I have sent Buy.com numerous emails saying this and they only send canned responses saying it is on backorder. I loved Buy.com before this. Last time when I had to return something they were very helpful. Now its just useless.

I see no phone number...

 

1-800-800-0800 is the only phone number i see on the site, I would start there.

 

Buy.com is known for bad service. They have good deals though. I luckily haven't had a problem with them yet.

I think I'm going to just cancel my order. 70 bucks for a 2 gig stick was a great deal though. Oh well. Perhaps black friday or after.

I have always liked Buy.com. I have bought multiple items from them and never had a problem, before this at least.
