No you are not liable.

Once you send in the release of liability form stating the vehicle has been sold you have no responsibility for it.

Dude, that’s what that tiny piece of paper with all the red writing is. You sent that sheet in with your info on it releasing all liability of the vehicle. It’s designed to eliminate you of liability for anything that happens after it’s not in your possession. Your good to go.
